Westwind Tai chi offers a way for you to achieve you health and fitness/wellness goals in a gentle, natural and holistic way.
Individual Programs are designed in tandem with you and our Nationally Certified T'ai Chi Instructor (MATA) who is also a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer (ACE-CPT). Your Individual Program combines the ancient healing Arts (T'ai Chi, Qi Gong, Acupressure, Traditional Chinese Principles) with modern training techniques.
All Individual Programs include:
- An initial private consultation/assessment
- A personalized Movement Program designed to address your specific needs/goals
- A follow-up meeting to review improvements and set new goals
- All Programs include one free week of T'ai Chi
- Group class
Group and Private Lessons can be added to your Program for a discounted fee.
